The tournament came to an end with Alireza Firouzja neatly winning in all formats. The masterful play dominated the tournament with Alireza gaining a 22-game win streak. He also managed to gain massively in the FIDE chess ratings when he soared to a 2900 mark. The young player was determined to win the tournament as he said so himself.
Coming in second was GM Hikaru Nakamura with 58 points in Blitz. Sharing third place are Fabiano Caruana and, Maxime Vachier-Lagrave, both scoring 19 points each.
